Hoe verdien ik aan vastgoed dat niet van mij is?

Je beheert panden van eigenaars op commissiebasis. Jij regelt de verhuur via platformen zoals Airbnb, de gastcommunicatie, de pricing en het onderhoud. De eigenaar betaalt jou een percentage van de omzet. Gemiddeld levert één pand €500 tot €1.199 per maand op — zonder dat je zelf kapitaal in vastgoed moet investeren.

Kan ik dit echt locatie-onafhankelijk doen?

Ja. Dylan runt D-Rental vanuit zowel België als Spanje. Met de juiste tools, software en lokale cleaning-teams kan je een portfolio van panden volledig remote beheren. De community helpt je exact die systemen op te zetten.

Wat als ik na 6 maanden wil stoppen?

Na de minimale engagementsperiode van 6 maanden kan je op elk moment opzeggen. Geen lange contracten of boetes. Je behoudt toegang tot de opgenomen calls van de periode dat je actief was.

Quand ont lieu les appels de groupe ?

Gestionas propiedades de otros propietarios a comisión. Tú te encargas de las reservas en Airbnb, la comunicación con huéspedes y la tarificación. El propietario te paga un porcentaje de los ingresos. Una propiedad genera de media 500–1.199 €/mes sin ninguna inversión inmobiliaria por tu parte.

¿Cuándo tienen lugar las llamadas grupales?

Las llamadas se planifican en consulta con la comunidad activa. Todas las sesiones se graban y están disponibles posteriormente.
